Vegan burger patty recipe

You don’t necessarily need meat for a tasty burger. With this recipe for kidney bean patties you can add variety to the bun. For around ten patties you will need the following ingredients:

How it works: patties made from kidney beans

Drain the kidney beans and transfer them to a large bowl. Depending on the desired consistency, puree the beans with a hand blender or mash them with a potato masher. Next, cut and dice the onion. Burger buns – step by step

Peel and dice the vegetables
